Located on the first floor, the lounge measures 23m by 14m (322m²), with a bar area and commercial kitchen adjacent. The lounge can comfortably seat 160 people for a sit down meal with a total capacity of 200 people for standing cocktail type functions.

• The lounge is fully air conditioned, for comfort in either summer or winter.
• There is a small stage.
• There is a small chiller and glass washer in the bar, while the kitchen has a commercial oven, dish washer and waste disposal unit.
• There are numerous power points throughout the kitchen and there is a central stainless steel bench area for food preparation.
• The kitchen and bar have a range of cutlery, glasses and plates but it does pay to check that this meets your needs.
• There are enough tables (35) and chairs (250) to cater for a range of functions including sit down meals, seminars, conferences and meetings.
• Male, female and disabled toilets are located adjacent to the lounge.
• An 11 person/780kg lift serves the Lounge and Boardroom.
• A large walk in cooler is located near the lift on the ground floor.
